Why it is easy for aeroplanes moving from West to East?

Actually Earth rotates towards East i.e from West to East. By Earth's rotation Coriolis force is generated. As Earth rotates east jet streams generated  by coriolis effect also travels east. So it is easy for aeroplanes moving from West to East. It also saves fuel.
